What Can I Add/Remove To Make My Breakfast A Healthy One? - healthiest breakfast to order

I am 17 years old, 5 feet 9, 135 pounds, and I bike to school. I speed bike at a moderate speed (18) and go to school in 15 minutes.

Now take 250 ml milk, corn flakes Keloggs and a fried egg.

What could I add or subtract the three above-mentioned, eat a healthy breakfast?

Deputy cornflakes porridge - which are low in fiber, more and processed with high salinity.

Oats are a much healthier choice. It keeps you full longer, help the blood sugar levels stable and regular. It can also help to absorb cholesterol and keep the blood pressure at healthy levels.

Add some frozen blueberries or banana to sweeten.

I also use skim milk.

For these things, and the breakfast is the rock.

Good luck!
