I have not (a big belly weighlifting many) began last week. I've saved about 15 pounds per hand. I was wondering if anyone could tell what would be the best weight lifting techniques for me? For example: How many times per day, how many times per day, what kind of methods should follow? The weight should focus on? I do a lot of muscle --
and be strong. Change is something so big?
